01-01-2010 11:10 AM - We are working to resolve technical issues that may impact the updating your Harmony remote once it reaches 3%. If you are experiencing problems, please try again later.
Regards,
DaneHarmony
01-01-2010 11:42 AM - At the moment we know that the remotes will not update past 3%. This is the step where the update file for the remote is created & sent to your remote. We are looking into the root cause so we can correct this, and get everyone updating again.
We will post back in here once all is working again. We apologize for any delay this may cause.
Regards,
DaneHarmony
01-01-2010 11:44 AM - At the moment, aside from continually trying to update the only option is to try again in an hour or so. You can always check back here, as we will post once the issue is resolved.

DaneHarmony
Alle diesbezüglichen Postings von Dane findest Du hier.01-01-2010 12:29 AM - The issue isn't on your side, so there is no logfile or error file you can check to resolve this. This seems to be a server side issue on our end which is causing this. It could be the amount of people updating their remote configurations today on their day off, or some other issue which we are still looking into to.
We are working on resolving it, and will keep you all in the loop. I can say that in the last 3 hours that I've had a 25-50% success rate in updating my Harmony 900, so you can keep trying to see if it will go past 3% or put it down and check back again later.
Again, we are sorry for this extended downtime.
Regards,
DaneHarmony
